Work package n°1 - Project Management
A successful project implementation relies on reliable structures and processes designed to coordinate and facilitate all project activities according to the project goals. This work package will ensure the proper implementation of the project management including quality assurance, progress reporting and financial controlling mechanisms.
The main objectives of this WP are:
- To guarantee a smooth communication and delivering to the European Commission
- To ensure the overall planning, implementation and efficient management of the project
- To set up a governance structure of the project and coordinate their activities
- To provide a smooth interface and effective information flow between work packages
- To execute the overall legal, administrative and financial management

Work package n°1 - Project Management

Work package n°2 - ECVET compliant Internationalisation Training course for inclusion in VET entrepreneurship trainings
This WP aims to develop a training course, ECVET compliant, focusing on internationalisation of micro-SMEs in furniture sector. Main activities of this WP are development of the state of art report, curriculum, training course, training content and materials (each partner at least one module), proficiency glossary, handbook, translations and piloting. Specific objectives of this WP directly link to general objectives, OB1 and OB2.
The objectives of WP2 are:
- Identifying the current status and needs of micro-SMEs in furniture sector
- Enhancing the internationalisation capabilities of micro-SMEs in furniture sector through ECVET compliant training course with relevant content and materials
- Development of Internationalisation Handbook
- Organizing pilot tryouts with micro-SMEs in furniture sector and providing feedback

Work package n°2 - ECVET compliant Internationalisation Training course for inclusion in VET entrepreneurship trainings
This WP aims to develop a training course, ECVET compliant, focusing on internationalisation of micro-SMEs in furniture sector. Work package n°3 - Creation of self-assessment tool for learners
Internationalisation Self-Assessment tool will be designed to assist the micro-SMEs in developing competencies needed for successful internationalisation and to present their specific and individual training needs about being ready for internationalisation.
The objectives of WP3 are:
- To present a proper understanding of what internationalisation require.
- To test and identifying the user’s current level regarding internationalisation (individual and/or organisational) competences and resources
- To provide a customized explicit guidance that defines the specific steps required to be ready for internationalisation.
Activities are planned to design and develop a self-assessment tool for micro-SMEs and entrepreneurs for identifying the user current position and further training needs, and presenting a path way for defining the next steps in order to gain competences required for internatinalisation.
The main result of the WP3 is: “Internationalisation self-Assessment Tool”.

Work package n°4 - Digital Internationalisation Learning Hub
The Learning Hub is a central repository for training courses and materials developed in the context of Project activities. The Digital Internationalisation Learning Hub will include learning materials (extracted from WP2) and Self-Assessment Tool (extracted from WP3).
The specific objectives of this WP are as follows:
- To support curriculum and course with instructive engaging training videos
- To operate as a central repository for training courses and materials
- To develop and provide online and mobile platforms
- To have a multilingual interface
The main result of the WP4 is: Digital Internationalisation Learning Hub including online/mobile learning platforms

Work package n°4 - Digital Internationalisation Learning Hub

Work package n°5 - Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability
Dissemination and exploitation activities are very crucial for any EU Project. Dissemination activities aim to establish critical mass and commitment from different stakeholders. WP5 presents all the planned actions related to communication on the INT4FURN project and the way to achieve successful dissemination, in order to ensure awareness amongst the micro- SMEs, entrepreneurs and furniture sector. Results from project activities will be disseminated to the widest possible community through various channels and instruments. External participation and knowledge sharing will be encouraged through networking activities and events aimed at increasing the impact potential and enriching the scientific and industry contribution to the project. The WP5, responsible for the dissemination, works on plan, website development, social media and forum/workshop organization, to disseminate results throughout the INT4FURN community. The specific objectives of this work package are as follows:
- To ensure that knowledge of the establishment and purpose of the project reaches all target users and organizations in all partner countries throughout the project, and where possible beyond.
- To maintain a vigorous campaign of publicity in all partner countries for the project throughout its progress, and support e.g. also piloting.
- To ensure that the outcomes of the project are recognised among all target users in all partner countries.
- To organise and participate in a number of Events including also the multiplier event/final conference in 2024 led by P1.
- To produce an accessible and attractive project website and other tools as well as project brand

Work package n°5 - Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability
