Mission: IKIGAI INSTITUTE is a Spanish nonprofit NGO that has the following purposes:
- Helping young people with training and acquiring knowledge to achieve meaningful and full lives, especially through creativity and digital innovation.
- Digitalization of formation content, development of online training platforms, and teaching of digital skills.
- Promoting youth participation in European civic life, as well as cross-border exchanges and mobility activities, to bring to life the concept of a “European citizen”.
- Promoting knowledge and intercultural dialogue as well as collaboration and good practices.
- Promoting young entrepreneurship and the development of the necessary skills for becoming entrepreneurs.
- Developing leadership, team management and leading skills and abilities for the youth as well as promoting emotional intelligence.

She is a Project Manager with experience in strategic planning, budget management and development of effective partnerships. Her experience has been consolidated through her successful participation in the implementation of 12 European projects. During these opportunities, she has had the privilege of coordinating diverse teams whose impact has driven collaboration and progress in Europe.
