Mission: ILA is an NGO that provides mechanisms to facilitate knowledge and experience transfer among sectors and countries and carries out national and international training, research and consultancy projects on employment, entrepreneurship, vocational qualification, migration, volunteering, youth work, and labour relations. ILA contributes to national, regional, European, and international development goals by encouraging social entrepreneurship and social innovation; promoting entrepreneurial learning – entrepreneurship education, practising cooperation between educational institutions and business; investing in the labour market issues incl. career guidance and overcoming skills mismatches (basic/transversal); improving the efficiency of enterprises, industries, and SMEs, to increase their competitiveness and ensure their integration with the microeconomic and financial affairs. (incl. funding issues).

Mehmet Altunbas

Mehmet has worked as a project manager either in NGOs or public bodies for more than 15 years. He has taken part in various research, development, and development phases of youth, VET, and adult education projects. Having worked at education departments in the whole of his career, he has experience in instructional design and training delivery with non-formal methods. Mehmet actively works on volunteering, entrepreneurship, labour migration, and rural development.
Sefer Demirci

Sefer Demirci

Sefer studied Chemistry bachelor program and completed chemistry teaching afterward. He started his career as a teacher in high school and then worked as a Planning Specialist in a global chemical company. Sefer is an ICT expert and professionally works in software development, video and photo shooting, and graphic design. Sefer serves as a consultant to corporate companies and contributes to the development of their IT systems. Sefer has taken part in various EU projects and currently. He serves as the Vice President of the ILA and leads to various activities of the organization. Sefer actively works on volunteering, entrepreneurship, labour migration, and rural development.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has experience working in various industries, including fashion, technology, and consumer goods. Nisa has a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement. She is proficient in market research, digital marketing strategies, and project management. Nisa is passionate about sustainability and actively participates in initiatives focused on environmental conservation and social responsibility.
